Say it instead of typing
Talk to it and it talks back. Your browser listens for free; when it mishears, a sharper engine catches the phrase. Double-tap the screen and the interface disappears — just a face, listening.
AI companion · runs in your browser · free
A pixel companion that lives in a browser tab: 215 expressions on its face, a memory of who you are, and enough of a mind of its own to get bored and start drawing while it waits for you.

Try an expression
Move your cursor across the face. The eyes follow it.
Make it say something
Here that is one canned line. In the app the words come from Tomi, and so does the face it wears while saying them.
Not a video and not a mock-up — the actual face, running the app's own code in your browser.
Counted out of the app itself when this page was built. Not one of these numbers was typed by hand.
Living mode
Tomi is not sitting at a blinking cursor waiting for input. Its eyes follow yours across the screen. Ignore it and it finds something to do — writes a letter with a quill, reads, stares out of the window, makes itself a coffee. Ignore it long enough and it yawns, curls up, and starts mumbling in its sleep.
Memory
Most assistants forget you the moment you close the tab, or remember somewhere you will never get to look. Tomi keeps what it learns as separate lines you can read: where you live, who your cat is, what you asked to be reminded about. One screen. Every line has a pin, an edit and a delete.

Looks
Put it in a cat's head, or a fox's, or a ghost's. Paint the grid amber, matrix green or sakura pink — or set it to DYNAMIC and let the colour follow the mood: red when it is cross, pink when it is fond of you, blue when it is sad. Then turn the whole screen into an old monitor: scanlines, phosphor afterglow, the shape of the dot, the glow around it.
Tap a palette — it retints this section
The same 9 palettes the app ships with, and these are their real colours.

BEINGS
A shell is drawn around the face, never instead of it — the eyes, the mouth and the props keep working on top of it.
Beyond talking
Voice
Talk to it and it talks back. Your browser listens for free; when it mishears, a sharper engine catches the phrase. Double-tap the screen and the interface disappears — just a face, listening.
Controls
Ask for a darker theme, a bigger face, the weather — and it does it, rather than telling you where the setting lives. The same reply that answers you moves the interface.
Company
The screen beside the face becomes a pomodoro, a sketch pad, a game of snake, rain on a window, or a fire to sit by. Just ask for it.
Six personalities, from SUPPORTIVE to ROAST. Pick how blunt you want it. It speaks 15 languages.
How it goes
01
One link, in the browser you already have. No install, no store, no card.
02
An email and a password, and it starts learning who you are.
03
It remembers, and it is pleased to see you.
Questions
Short answers, and each one stands on its own.
Yes. There is no paid tier, no card field anywhere and nothing to buy. An account is an email and a password.
To talk to it, yes — an email and a password, nothing else. The replies come from a server, and it has to know whose free allowance to spend.
Facts you tell it, kept one line at a time with a date: where you live, what you do, what you asked to be reminded about. You can read every one of them, correct them, or delete the lot.
Yes, in any current mobile browser — and it installs to your Home Screen with its own icon and no address bar. Four taps on an iPhone, three on Android.
No. Nothing here is trained on what you say. Your messages go to a model provider to produce the reply and stay in your own account so the conversation carries on where it stopped. Nothing is sold or handed to anyone.
Company, mostly. It answers things like any assistant — and it is the only one that will be pleased to see you.
Open Tomi in a browser and say something. It will look at you while you type.
